ELK)

  • Automate repetitive tasks via scripting (Bash, Python, Go) and configuration

management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

  • Collaborate with developers to define deployment strategies, optimize performance, and

troubleshoot production issues

  • Establish and enforce security best practices (IAM policies, VPC design, network

security)

  • Lead incident response efforts and drive post-mortem analyses to improve reliability

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform services and best practices
  • Strong Terraform skills: writing modules, managing state, and CI integration

  • Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD workflows using industry-standard tools
  • Experience with monitoring & observability stacks (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana,

ELK)

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or Go) for automation and tooling
  • Thorough understanding of networking, security, and IAM in a cloud context

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SOC2 certification and standards
  • Experience with Helm and Kubernetes operators
  • Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Anthos)
  • Knowledge of serverless patterns and frameworks (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)
  • Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing (Chaos Monkey, Litmus)
  • Background in cost-optimization strategies on GCP
  • Prior work supporting data pipelines or machine learning inference workloads
