Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in executing our pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with our corporate policies. The Pricing Analyst will manage pricing set-ups and maintain pricing accuracy across diverse product lines. The Pricing Analyst will not only enhance the pricing processes but will focus on delivering key pricing inputs and controls that align with our business objectives.

What You Will Do at Graco

Pricing Management:

  • Analyze and administer pricing setups and changes within Oracle, ensuring compliance with corporate pricing policies.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing accuracy across various products and customer segments, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of approved promotions and customer contracts.
  • Conduct price validation for large customer price loads.

System Optimization:

  • Develop an understanding of Graco pricing processes to identify areas for simplification and enhancement.
  • Work closely with global pricing personnel and other Graco departments to troubleshoot systems issues, ensuring minimal disruption to pricing processes.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for system changes and implementations to ensure functionality meets business needs.

Process Improvement and Controls:

  • Enforce pricing controls to uphold the integrity of customer pricing and prevent errors.
  • Regularly review and refine pricing processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within pricing workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.

What You Bring to Graco

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Accelerators

  • Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with pricing software is a plus.
  • Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
