Responsibilities:

• Loading IM molding machines
• Operating various finishing machines
• Performing 100% worker self-inspections on molded radial shaft seals
• Feathering and packaging radial shaft seals
• Independently maintaining error collection cards
• Adhering to quality regulations and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Entering data to create error collection cards for the LPMS system

Qualifications:

• Physical resilience and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Practical work experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Independent, structured working style
• Communication and teamwork skills
