Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Omni Connect and Omni Script with a strong preference for experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our business processes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust solutions using Omni Connect and Omni Script to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure solutions are scalable secure and maintainable adhering to industry best practices.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Lead the development of technical documentation and training materials to support solution deployment and user adoption.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate solution designs and obtain necessary approvals.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from business users and technical teams.
Oversee the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate external solutions and services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize solution performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Omni Connect and Omni Script demonstrating a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications.
Have a strong background in solution architecture with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing the ability to tailor solutions to industry-specific needs.
Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials to support solution implementation.
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
