Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Leading the implementation, commissioning, and support of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) systems across the fleet.
  • Conducting vibration analysis and troubleshooting of complex machinery issues.
  • Collaborating with shipboard and shore-based teams to enhance asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Travelling extensively (more than 50% of the time) to support shipboard operations globally.

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

Your unique background and skills are what will make you stand out. We're looking for:

  • VA CAT II – Intermediate Vibration Analyst certification (internationally recognised standard) – Essential and must be current
  • Proficiency in CBM technologies such as Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Performance Measurement.
  • Experience with CBM data collection and analytics tools (e.g., Mimic, Emerson CSI2130/2140).
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to train and support shipboard teams.
