This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Promote and sell complex medium-voltage solutions, achieving volume, product mix, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Work in project mode with technical teams to ensure the success of offers and project execution.
• Negotiate commercial and legal contracts with internal support and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Use Salesforce to manage sales activities and collaborate with the extended sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and maintain competitive intelligence, with frequent travel across mainland France and occasional international trips.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• 5-year degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by commercial experience.
• Proven experience in technical sales or project-based commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of medium-voltage solutions, customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and digital sales tools.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read).
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.
