Your responsibilities
- Handling of internal and external operational HR-related matters
- Close cooperation with Business Partners and the Service Center on all operational topics
- Contribution to the development of solution proposals in support of Business Partners
- Independent responsibility for and execution of own HR projects and initiatives
- Involvement in internal HR processes such as leadership reviews, interviews, and workshops
- Management and review of legal documents (e.g., contracts, mutual agreements)
- Facilitation of communication between the business and the works council on operational topics
- Engagement in HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement surveys
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Maintenance and regular updating of employee data in the HR tool (MyHR)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor (or comparable) in HR or related
- Basic experience in labour law
- Understanding of HR structure and roles
- Experience with Matrix organisation
- Effective HR administration and people skills
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving attitude
- Independent, proactive working style
