Are you a data-driven problem solver passionate about optimizing e-commerce selection and reducing operational defects? Amazon Mexico is seeking a Selection Productivity Program Manager to lead our efforts in minimizing selection churn and optimizing selection processes across multiple channels.

As Selection Productivity PM, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving selection defects while building scalable solutions across the selection funnel. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management to drive meaningful improvements in selection productivity across Amazon Mexico's ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate strong bias for action and ability to deliver results

Excel at deep diving into data and problem-solving

Have experience in e-commerce operations or selection management

Show proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

Be able to develop and implement scalable solutions

Have strong project management and analytical skills

Key job responsibilities

Lead selection defect identification mechanisms

Develop and implement scalable programs to address root causes of selection defects

Analyze and address regrettable lost Head Selection across merchants

Develop Processes for stakeholders to fix buyability defects

Partner with Operative teams on stranded inventory initiatives

Collaborate with MX Supply team on forecasting logic for cold start selection

Work with MX Marketing to improve discoverability of low traffic head selection

Address conversion defects in head selection

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
