Job Description

Join a leading provider of advanced electronic components and systems located in Irvine. Specializing in RF modules, system-on-modules (SOMs), single board computers, internal antennas, IoT devices, and custom solutions, our company is renowned for its high-quality manufacturing processes that emphasize flexibility and customization to meet customer needs. We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional tests on circuit boards.
• Install electrical assemblies and hardware into housings.
• Test assembled instruments for circuit continuity and operational reliability.
• Consult with supervisors or test engineers to review test results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Read and follow instructions to prepare and set up test equipment.
• Regularly maintain lab and testing equipment.
• Switch between projects based on priorities.
• Report any issues to supervisors or test engineers.

Essential Skills

• Experience in material handling, inventory, picking with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in performing inventory and cycle counts.
• Ability to pull, inspect, and stage parts.
• Experience in packing and packaging.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• 1.5+ years of material handler experience ideally in electronics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, small manufacturing site. Enjoy a consistent 1st shift schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities. The facility provides a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, offering diverse daily tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
