As a Collections Manager on our team, you’ll utilize intelligence collection systems to inform stakeholders about relevant collection developments. You'll collaborate across the Intelligence Community to identify customer needs and optimize collection requirements. You'll evaluate the effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts and strategies, ensuring reliable, actionable intelligence delivery. You'll use statistical and data mining techniques to analyze ISR data, manage large datasets, create visualizations, and develop analytical models. You'll develop and apply evaluation methods, including MOEs and MOPs, to assess and report on collection performance. You'll identify collection gaps, trends, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve collection processes. You Have:

  • Experience with authoring DoD product lines and using ICD 203 tradecraft standards
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
  • Experience with statistical tools, such as MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with intelligence management or intelligence operations, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence management or intelligence operations
  • Completion of in-residence DoD or IC collection management training

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
  • Possession of excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
