Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shear machine to cut metal materials to required dimensions
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and cut lists
• Measure and inspect materials for accuracy and quality
• Set up and adjust machine settings as needed
• Maintain clean work area and perform routine machine maintenance
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Experience operating a shear or similar metal cutting machine preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing throughout shift
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or GED preferred
