We are seeking talented Information Technology professionals to join the Waste Management team who are motivated to help us transform the way we design, build and use technology. With your skills and experience, we look for you to combine your technical expertise with industry best practices in an effort to align information technology solutions with Waste Management business strategy.

I. Job Summary

Directs the efforts of a team in the design, development, implementation, and support of various information technology/systems applications and/or projects.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic quality Automation initiatives across all digital platforms—web, mobile, API, cloud-native, and AI-integrated systems.
  • Architect and implement AI-driven automation frameworks that enable autonomous testing, predictive quality analytics, and intelligent test execution.
  • Integrate quality engineering deeply into the SDLC via CI/CD, DevOps, and shift-left pipelines, with quality gates informed by real-time test data and AI insights.
  • Establish high-quality standards and processes tailored for fast-paced digital environments, driving velocity without compromising stability or coverage.
  • Lead strategic quality Automation initiatives across all digital platforms—web, mobile, API, cloud-native, and AI-integrated systems.
  • Architect and implement AI-driven automation frameworks that enable autonomous testing, predictive quality analytics, and intelligent test execution.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management of supervisory employees. This includes:

  • Direct supervision of full-time employees including team leads and individual contributors.

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • AI/ML for test case generation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, failure clustering - Must have 5+ years of experience in this category
  • Framework design: Selenium, Appium, TOSCA- Must have 5+ years of experience in this category
