Roles and Responsibilities

• 10+ years of Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience working and managing Salesforce Projects.
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
• Remove impediments and act as a shield for the team from external disruptions
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure team performance, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to executives and senior leadership
• Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams
• Promote Agile maturity and coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Experience working in a high paced and aggressive timeline environment
• Salesforce Knowledge would be added advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in large enterprise settings is a plus
• Need someone willing to work from Bellevue office

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $1,25,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
