Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The main function of the Lease Construction Manager is to help plan and track activities in Data Center construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and track detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Be an onsite presence for both the construction and advocate for safety of the site.
• Create site visit reports on a weekly basis.
• Confer with management, engineering, and operations to discuss project specifications, requirements, and procedures.
• Run a weekly construction project progress sync with representatives from Lessor construction design and engineering team as well as internal construction design and engineering and operations teams.
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract requirements are being adhered to by Lessor.

• Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective project monitoring.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and Teams.
• Knowledge of risk management, reporting, and tracking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience required.
• Project management experience is important, especially in data centers.

Work Environment

This role involves working onsite at a data center construction site. The work environment emphasizes safety and collaboration with both internal and external teams. The use of various technologies and tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and Teams is essential. The position requires regular site visits and the creation of detailed reports.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $77.00/hr.
