Support Representative II, Inventory Control Inventory & Logistics Operations
Position Summary Join a dynamic team supporting high-performance inventory operations. As a Support Representative II in Inventory Control, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across our supply chain. You'll be responsible for critical transactional processes, audits, and reporting while proactively contributing to process improvements and compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Audit Control
Maintain accurate records in Oracle to track product movements, relocations, RMAs, and transfers.
Lead cycle counts, location audits, and annual physical inventory processes (including preparation, reconciliation, and audits).
Investigate and resolve variances or aging inventory issues.
Manage movement of used, rental, promotional, and loaner units.
Process MRB items—stock adjustments, consolidations, and system updates.
Order Processing & Logistics Coordination
Manage Order on Demand and intangible receipt transactions.
Support planning team with product availability, urgent release needs, and internal requisitions.
Coordinate swap order processing, damage claims, and returned inventory disposition.
Execute deconfiguration strategies to repurpose on-hand inventory for active orders.
Data Integrity, Compliance & Reporting
Perform SOX compliance audits and inventory transaction corrections (shipping, receiving, WIP issues).
Monitor system reports and apply corrective actions.
Maintain documentation compliance with corporate retention policies.
Maintain issue logs and provide insights to support continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives.
Collaboration & Training
Respond to departmental and stakeholder communications with timely inventory updates and resolutions.
Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to streamline IST and wide-open pick processes.
Assist in onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory control or logistics operations.
Proficiency in Oracle and Descartes; strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with occasional physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, standing, or reaching).
Use of standard office equipment and inventory tools.
Work includes interpreting complex data and executing tasks under diversified assignments.
