What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Analysts responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of business and clinical applications
- Direct ERP application management across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain areas
- Serve as a primary liaison between Information Systems and operational stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and system optimization
- Ensure best practices in training, security, compliance, and customer support
- Perform hands-on analyst duties and provide technical leadership where needed
Preferred ERP Experience
- PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or Workday – hands-on experience or management of these platforms is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation, configuration, integration, and support in healthcare or complex organizational settings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience managing application implementation and support projects
- 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of clinical, financial, and/or enterprise business systems
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable application solutions
