The Opportunity:

CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, soft ware integration, soft ware development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities:

Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Support to a project supporting an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Working Group. The candidate will analyze current Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) processes and identify opportunities where AI tools could potentially be used to automate those processes. The tasking will also involve developing recommendations for the integration of mission AI applications with the enterprise ICAM services. Candidates should have familiarity with current customer ICAM services and with AI capabilities. The candidate will also contribute to the System Engineering team of a mission-critical ICAM system. The candidate will collaborate with external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking to implement new capabilities; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, data flow, process improvement, and testing.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 10 years’ experience as a Technical Consultant (TC) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (1AM) Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities. 5 years of additional TC experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Desired:

Experience with and/or understanding of:

  • Artificial Intelligence concepts and tools
  • Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) concepts
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication
  • Requirements analysis and decomposition
  • Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
  • Decomposition of complex, interconnected software processes to identify and document relationships and dependencies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,800 - $290,000
