WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and develop scalable, reliable solutions in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to support H&M’s global warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs and long-term strategies.
  • Optimize and enhance existing applications by integrating new features, improving performance, and ensuring code quality.
  • Lead hands-on development within EWM RF architecture and Post Processing Framework (PPF), including configuration and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support long-term system maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

  • You’ll be a part of the Greybox and Robotics Product Area, working within the SAP Platform Unit in the Business Tech organization.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver customer-centric logistics solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • 3–4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with strong expertise in the EWM module.
  • Proven skills in EWM RF development, PPF, monitor functions, and OOPs ABAP.
  • Working knowledge of SAP UI5, IDocs, web services, and ABAP proxies.
  • Experience in performance tuning, quality assurance, and following best practices in SAP development.

  • Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical, autonomous, and diverse team environment.
  • Prior experience in the retail or logistics industry is a plus.
