Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership role(s).
- Experience in program or project management, especially in Hardware Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Factory Readiness related areas.
- Experience with different phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end of life.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant work experience in consumer hardware products and managing international OEM partners.
- Experience in working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and persistence to achieve goals. Self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent track record of managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield and cost.
About the Job
As a Sustaining Technical Program Manager, you will be the cornerstone (technical lead) of operations communication with technical cross-functional teams in the sustaining/mass production till EOP (End Of Production) period.
You will guide a team to ensure products are designed and built to the needed standards. You will work in a fast-moving environment with teams to solve problems that gate production line operations, to improve the quality and productivity.
This role requires in-depth technical knowledge on the product, manufacturing experiences and hands on failure analysis. It requires leadership and collaboration skills as this role will work with many cross functional teams in order to meet the goal.
