The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators in the UK. Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem - Put together a plan at the beginning of the month in order to be able to reach revenue & growth targets. Be able to iterate this plan and still keep on track of targets despite challenges arising. - Conduct 1:1 and 1:many training and educational workshops to manage creator content, increase the Creator's awareness on how to succeed on LIVE and improve livestream sessions. - Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation. - Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content. - Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance. Have the ability to quickly review data, on a day-to-day basis and take subsequent action. - Work with team leaders and cross-functional teams on non-core role projects to introduce improvements and efficiencies in the Creator Management and Partnerships model, to encourage market revenue growth & scale acceleration. - Showcase leadership and continuous improvement in your craft as a Creator Manager.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of working experience in Talent/Influencer/Creator Management, preferably on a Content Platform. - Excellent verbal and written English language skills. - Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications. - Able to work collaboratively and efficiently together with a team. Preferred qualifications: - Professional, patient and skillful communication. - Result-oriented, good data analysis skills. - Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
