Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is looking for an Entertainment production studio Portfolio Manager to lead our Culver Studio campus. This is a fast-paced, high-impact, exciting, and growing organization. This position will be responsible for the Real Estate and Facilities of Amazon’s Culver Studios Campus reporting to the AMER- Area 4, Sr. Portfolio Manager. The Studios Manager must operate as a true partner to Business Leaders, Finance, Design & Construction, Strategy & Occupancy Planning, Transaction Management, HR, IT, Corporate Security, Public Relations, Procurement and other functional areas. They must demonstrate ownership, bias for action, and attention to detail and be comfortable operating in both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer with a two-way door mindset.
The Studios Manager's ability to build relationships within the wider GREF team, both with key vendors and internal business partners, is critical, as is the ability to operate within a fast-paced and complex environment. One of the primary roles is to be a partner to Amazon’s teams across the Culver Studios Campus, earning their trust and building sustainable solutions for our workplace. Having passion for business partnering is key as is good insight and operational experience in Broadcast Production, Property and Facilities Management Operations with an excellent and in-depth knowledge of financial oversight. This individual also has experience developing, implementing, and managing a number of scalable programs and is an excellent communicator.
This role requires that the Portfolio Manager knows each of the details of the Studios portfolio, key customers (businesses) within the portfolio and all of their key details, complexities, and required critical dates and events to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the lease, the landlord, and the site's key strengths, issues, and compliance needs. This role will inform any critical decisions and recommendations from a portfolio management perspective. The Portfolio Manager will work closely with and be responsible for coordinating all colleagues and partners (i.e., Project Managers, IT, Security, etc.) to align on and ensure successful project delivery.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
