Amazon Private Brand's Core Tech team is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a cross-organizational GenAI program spanning multiple business and technology teams to accelerate AI innovation and adoption across Amazon Private Brands. The role involves coordinating across 3 product families, and 3 technical organizations, as well as central North America Stores and AWS teams. This role is critical to ensuring APB has the ability to scale and meet business growth targets. As a TPM you have a clear understanding of business needs and impact, and use that knowledge to define clear priorities for the technical and business teams working on Gen AI solutions. You pro-actively engage with partners to anticipate the changing needs of the business. You communicate clearly to your team, partners, and stakeholders the progress, priorities, and trade-offs.

The team is responsible for leading APB's GenAI initative and regularly engages with partners and stakeholders at all levels across APB business and technical teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
