We are seeking a dynamic and driven Agency Development Manager (Acquisition) to join our Local Ads team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with local and regional advertising agencies to drive adoption of Amazon Ads solutions. This is a hunting role where you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and initiating partnerships to drive adoption of Amazon Ads solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the local agency ecosystem. You will act as a strategic partner, providing insights and guidance to help agencies achieve their marketing objectives.
We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and is driven by ambitious goals. You'll work across Amazon teams, building trust with various stakeholders while contributing to our growth objectives. Your experience in navigating independent agency relationships at a senior level will be invaluable as we continue to expand our advertising offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to building and nurturing agency relationships. You'll need to be an exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to and collaborating with senior-level agency executives. A strong knowledge of the programmatic trading landscape is important.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
