Job Description

We are looking for an Account Receivable Coordinator to help take our explosive growth to a new level. You will help perform activities relating to accounts receivable and will be responsible for credit card billings, general customer collections, and responsibilities assigned to support the Finance team. You will report to our Team Lead, Accounts Receivable.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform collections of outstanding Accounts Receivable balances
  • Prepare daily deposits, apply payments to client accounts, perform reconciliations of cash applied to the bank deposits
  • Perform investigation and analysis of member/client accounts to resolve billing/subscription issues and processes necessary adjustments to invoices
  • Communicate with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issues
  • Maintain client files
  • Perform AR related account reconciliations and other month-end close processes
  • Help fill out new suppliers set up forms
  • Perform special projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Secondary school diploma or CAEC

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or collections role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel)
  • Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce
