Job Description

职责与权限

• 全面负责管理并安排主需求计划，并熟悉物料采购流程和熟悉系统；及时优化生产计划和采购需求计划以确保与生产计划一致，不断提升并满足OTD/FSD等KPI的目标；
• 优化成品库存以及在制品库存的水平，降低运营成本；
• 不断扩展自己的技术学科知识，并能成为技术支持角色对产品计划给出专业技术知识的支持；
• 具有一定的自主权，以良好的技术知识和判断力解决在规定程序中遇到的问题；
• 具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力，并且能在工作中践行领导力；对于面对客户的角色，建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE 之间的接口，向客户提供一定的技术支持；

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有初步的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
