CNC Machining Center Operator- Paying Up To $30/hr!

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machining Center Operator where you will play a vital role in manufacturing a variety of parts using 3 to 5 axis CNC Machining Centers. This position requires expertise in setting up and operating sophisticated machinery to produce high-quality products for aviation and defense industries.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers with 3 to 5 axis to manufacture diverse parts.
• Perform complex setups and operate machinery efficiently.
• Utilize Fanuc controls effectively for machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and tolerances, including GD&T.
• Conduct inspections of machined parts using various inspection tools.
• Work with materials including carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
• Maintain flexibility and availability for overtime as needed.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Machining Centers, with 5 axis experience being a plus.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Ability to perform own setups independently.
• Familiarity with various types of carbon, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
• Expertise in inspecting machined parts using a variety of inspection tools.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled machine shop equipped with 15 machines that run 5-axis and 25 machines that run 4-axis. The environment is organized, efficient, and located in TX. The position offers a chance to work with OEM products for aviation and defense customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
