Overview

The Global Marketing team within Crocs is seeking a Contract DAM Migration Specialist to support the process of migrating digital assets from our legacy DAM platform into a new, integrated, AI-powered digital asset management system. This role will be critical in executing the migration, structuring the system for scale, and preparing internal teams for efficient adoption.

What You'll Do

• Migrating hundreds of thousands of assets—including photos, videos, creative files, documents, and marketing collateral—requiring meticulous planning, oversight, and execution
• Ensure metadata integrity, proper folder structure, and clean transfer of files, minimizing risk and preserving operational continuity.
• Support best practices around taxonomy, tagging, and governance. Organize DAM structure to ensure that assets are easy to locate and reuse, providing long-term value and scalability.
• Coordinate between marketing, production, creative, and select external vendors.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience managing and maintaining DAM platforms, content management tools, and metadata structures
• Knowledge of file types, creative software, and marketing workflows (across strategy, creative, and asset production)
• Experience with DAM-integrated AI tools
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, and creative production workflows
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Anticipated hours: 40/week
• Anticipated length of contract: ends 12/31/2025
• In office requirement: none, but candidates local to Denver market strongly preferred. If local candidate is hired, Crocs may request in-office training and meetings as available, but all duties can be met virtually. Preference is for candidate to provide their own tech/equipment.

Title: DAM Migration Specialist - Contractor

Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
