Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Windows Desktop Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and support critical IT infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple domains, ensuring seamless operations and security for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Azure Virtual Desktop / Cloud PC: Manage and maintain cloud-based virtual desktop environments.
  • Google Cloud and Workspace: Administer Google Cloud services and Workspace tools for collaboration.
  • Application Packaging and Deployment: Develop and deploy software packages across enterprise environments.
  • Operating System Deployment: Automate and manage OS installations and updates for Windows/macOS.
  • Group / Configuration Policies: Implement and enforce group policies for security and system management.
  • Security Incidents: Monitor, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity threats and incidents.
  • Intune Management: Configure and manage device compliance and security through Microsoft Intune.
  • Tanium: Utilize endpoint security and management solutions for patching and compliance.
  • macOS Management: Provide support and maintenance for macOS devices.
  • Android / iOS Management: Manage enterprise mobile device policies and security.
  • Conditional Access Policies: Implement security policies for authentication and access control.
  • Printing and Scanning: Troubleshoot and maintain corporate printing and scanning solutions.
  • L3 Ticket Resolution: Handle escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong expertise in Cloud Computing (Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in OS deployment, security policies, and device management.
  • Knowledge of Intune, Tanium, and endpoint security tools.
  • Ability to manage IT incidents and troubleshoot critical issues.
  • Familiarity with Conditional Access and Authentication Policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, ITIL, or Security+.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
