Seeking an Assistant Manager to support the CS center manager, overseeing multi-channel operations to support new business and channel events. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of working under pressure, managing premium collection, application screening, and MCV support.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in premium collection, application screening, and MCV support preferred
• Adaptability to work under pressure, including shift, evening, and holiday schedules
• Familiarity with customer service operations in hotel or airline industries

Qualifications:

• Relevant exams or certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields

Responsibilities:

• Support manager in overseeing all channels for new business and event coordination
• Assist in premium collection and application screening
• Provide operational support for MCV processes
• Ensure seamless customer service delivery across multiple platforms
• Adapt to shift-based schedules, including evenings and holidays
