As a Senior Manager in the Business Bank’s Customer, Channels & Data AI Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in developing & executing AI initiatives and strategies to uplift the capability of practitioners and leaders alike. You will be the driving force that will help build the AI capability across the whole group and work through various levels across the businesses to embed the knowledge required to deliver on our business and customer outcomes. Using your powerful combination of leadership and organisational abilities, you’ll foster a growth-orientated culture of sharing, learning and problem solving across teams.

We use a broad range of AI, Machine Learning, cloud tools and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these leadership attributes (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
