Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to meet production goals.Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.Perform visual quality inspections to ensure weld integrity.Remove weld spatter using chisels or grinders when needed.Safely operate hoists to maneuver parts into place.Tag completed jobs and document rework appropriately.Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.Notify supervisors of material shortages or quality concerns.Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
