We are looking for a talented PAYROLL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE – LEVEL II to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our CUMMINS COMERCIALIZADORA in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Accurate and efficient preparation of internal and mandatory external reports; (Initiation and monitoring of requests in the help desk; assign and escalate for proper resolution).
  • Comply with all legal, contractual, and governance requirements.
  • Maintain and protect confidential information and employee privacy.
  • Provide superior customer service, respond courteously, accurately, and promptly to payroll-related questions and requests.
  • Make payments to third parties/entities and government bodies for applicable payroll deductions and responsibilities.
  • Prepare the annual event calendar and payroll processing schedules.
  • Coordinate year-end closing activities with finance, benefits, and other related stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Computer equipment management.
  • Payroll administration, taxes, and deductions.
  • Mexican labor and tax legislation: IMSS Law, ISR, and LFT.
  • Microsoft Office tools (intermediate/advanced level).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and employee self-service platforms.
  • Payroll data analysis and visualization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields.

  • Minimum 1 year in roles related to payroll processes, personnel administration, or assemblies.
