ESM- Modern Work Practice – Practice Architect 2 M365 Core + Security

We are seeking an experienced client-facing professional consultant with broad expertise in the Microsoft 365 platform and security products to join our team as a Microsoft Solution Partner in Modern Work in a rapidly growing team full of opportunity. You will partner with internal technology teams and enterprise clients to deliver customer engagements to clients solving their most pressing business and technology goals. Your primary focus will be Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with presales to create and present custom solution proposals to sell Microsoft Modern Work services and solutions to new and existing enterprise clients, focused on M365 core and security solutions.
• Participate in statement of work (SOW) creation, review and revision to ensure clarity and measurability of technical scope and deliverables.
• Proactively stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 platform and technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap, especially Defender, Sentinel, and Purview along with the core applications such as Onedrive, Teams, and Sharepoint.
• Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft technical certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 new certification per year, and renew any existing certifications held.
• Leverage Microsoft solution provider partner content and market offerings as much as possible in creating customer deliverables and engagements.
• Attend required Microsoft technical trainings to maintain partner certification status, including Microsoft365 Copilot.
• Serve as the primary technical engineer/architect on customer engagements that may include: technical engagements to enterprise clients, completing the analysis, design, and deployment of M365 security assessments and remediation/recommendations using both Microsoft partner content as well as custom content and toolkits. Conduct tenant to tenant migrations, and fileshare and X drive migrations to Onedrive and Sharepoint Online.

Qualification Must Have’s:

Microsoft Certifications – must have at least one of the following Microsoft certifications or be qualified to sit for the exam within 90 days of hire.

• Microsoft Security Operations Analyst – SC200
• Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect expert – SC100
• MS 102 – Microsoft Administration Expert
• 7-10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, directly working and presenting with enterprise clients through all phases of the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience performing security assessments and creating outstanding technical documentation deliverables such as recommendations and roadmaps based on industry and Microsoft best practice.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Onedrive migrations, Microsoft Entra, and support analytics.
• Excellent professional communication skills and executive presence, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable creating and delivering technical presentations to a variety of audiences, including director and VP level.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.
• Must be self starter, and manage workload effectively and proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.

Nice to Haves

• Additional Microsoft certifications. Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner.
• Microsoft Copilot and or Copilot Studio experience.
• Experience with development and automation in Azure and with Entra ID., Powershell and scripting.
• Experience integrating and managing Teams Apps and policy, including Teams Phone deployments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $190000.00/yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
