TEKsystems is currently seeking a Google Workspace Solution Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with a strong emphasis on Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform technologies. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions across large-scale enterprise environments.

No C2C. W2 ONLY. Hybrid 3 days on site in Irving, TX

Top Skills:

• Proven experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Voice, Docs/Sheets/Slides, Admin Center, Vault, and Workspace Security Center.
• Expertise in identity and access management, security, compliance, and data protection.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of Google Workspace solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, data, and operations to ensure seamless integration.
• Define engineering approaches across end-to-end technology stacks within Google Workspace.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide solution engineering best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to complex solution designs.
• Ensure all engineering solutions comply with enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Drive performance improvements and resolve capacity issues across development and production environments.
• Lead and contribute to internal Communities of Practice (CoPs) to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
