  • Lead strategic deals program oversight: Manage multiple Global Top Deals Portfolios, ensuring seamless alignment between Member Firm stakeholders and Global Sales teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Provide targeted deal support: Analyze deal requirements and identify capability gaps to deliver tailored global sales support, enabling pursuit teams to strengthen their competitive positioning and win probability.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Member Firm Growth, Sales Excellence, and Pursuit teams, ensuring effective communication channels and collaborative workflows across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate subject matter expertise: Serve as the primary liaison to engage Global Industry and Offering Leaders, facilitating their strategic involvement in high-value deals to leverage specialized knowledge and enhance client solutions.
  • Facilitate high-stakes strategy sessions: Orchestrate and lead internal strategy meetings bringing together senior stakeholders from across the global network to develop winning strategies for the firm's most critical pursuits.
  • Drive executive engagement: Interface confidently with senior leadership teams to present strategic findings, build stakeholder confidence, and facilitate informed decision-making processes.
  • Ensure quality communications: Review, edit, and approve reports and communications distributed to Global Leadership and senior stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Lead and develop talent: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with firm values.

  • Experience: Prior experience in strategic program management, management consulting, or senior executive coordination or equivalent roles, preferably within professional services.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and developing cross-functional teams, with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical capabilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, performance metrics analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with organizational objectives while adapting to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing ambiguity and driving results through change and transformation.
  • Multi-tasking proficiency: Self-motivated professional with demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple concurrent workstreams, competing priorities, and stakeholder demands.
  • Global collaboration: Comfortable working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies, time zones, and cultural contexts, with experience in virtual team leadership.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
