????Your Role in Our Mission

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as the key bridge between our scientific teams and procurement operations. Your ability to align technical requirements with sourcing solutions will ensure timely availability of materials—enabling smoother lab operations and scientific momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand scientific project requirements to support timely procurement
  • Research and compare sourcing options and provide procurement recommendations
  • Track orders, resolve procurement issues, and align with project timelines
  • Communicate clearly with R&D, purchasing, and finance to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, budgets, and inventory planning

We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or lab operations
  • Strong understanding of R&D workflows in biotech/pharma
  • Excellent communication and scientific interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with vendor systems and Microsoft Office
