We have a client looking for a temp to perm position to fill. $25-$30/hr depending on experience.
Job Summary
The role of the Account Services Representative (ASR) is to provide exceptional customer service support for our customers. This is an on-site Customer Service position supporting our manufacturing customers within the DFW area. The main job functions of this position are to support outside sales, work directly with customers/prospects, order processing and order tracking. Additionally, this position works closely with multiple departments such as purchasing, production, warehousing and quality.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detailed oriented individual to assist in a fast paced, multitasking sales setting. (Note: This is not a “call center” environment).
Job Responsibilities
- Build solid, positive business relationships with accounts and their key contacts. Learn about customers’ businesses and their applications for products
- Work regularly with customers in a variety of demanding industries, including aerospace and manufacturing
- Review, enter and maintain sales orders and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule and expedite job work orders. Interface with manufacturing and suppliers to request basic delivery information. Confirm shipping and delivery dates and confirmations to meet customer requirements and work with supporting teams to expedite when necessary
- Assist with the overall customer service and account management/strategy by partnering with sales to identify opportunities and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Work within our robust CRM (Insightly) and ERP systems (Infor)
- Support outside sales team wherever possible
- Help promote business by developing sales strategies in assigned open territories as well as accounts supported with the outside sales team
- Create price quotation requests as required, and research specification sheets
- Promote a positive, productive work environment for all co-workers
Knowledge and Skills Required
- 1+ yrs of experience working with Sales Representatives
- Consistent Job Tenure
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and deal with ambiguity
- Basic understanding of the office environment, computer and office equipment skills
