As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of client interaction and internal coordination. Your work supports the formulation process by ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

????️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email correspondence with customers and internal teams
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain product documentation
  • Assist in sample preparation and coordination
  • Edit and proof documents for clarity and completeness
  • Provide support for onboarding new team members as needed
  • Maintain organized records and follow internal workflows

???? Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish fluency is a plus)
  • Proficient in data entry, Excel, and office software
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail
  • Capable of handling sample prep and documentation tasks
  • Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to service quality
