Express Employment is looking for dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our crew. This role involves supporting various construction projects by performing physical labor, operating tools and equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload building materials
- Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $18.00 an hour
