Job Title
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime available on all shifts (Hours may slightly vary)
Job Description
- Assemble wood, fiber, and other sub-components into order-specific products.
- Perform repairs on materials and conduct quality control checks.
- Use power tools such as drills, sanders, and digital saws.
- Operate CNC machines, sprayers, and additional assembly equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly diagrams.
- Clean and maintain gluing, spraying, and assembly equipment.
- Pull materials needed for assembly and assist in various departments.
- Package finished goods and prepare items for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is required.
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficient with power tools, including drills, saws, and sprayers.
- Experience with carpentry, woodworking, or furniture assembly.
- Familiarity with CNCs and digital saws.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions accurately.
- Strong understanding of shop safety protocols.
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.
- Creative, team-oriented, and able to work cost-effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training in manufacturing, carpentry, or electronics is a plus.
- Prior hands-on assembly experience required.
Pay:
- $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on experience and assembly skill level)
Hours:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Multiple shifts available with overtime potential
