We are looking to hire a temporary installation crew member to work as part of a crew with a Supervisor at job sites located in H-E-B locations to disassemble, modify, and reassemble greeting card fixtures. You will travel in a company vehicle to job sites to complete projects.

This is an overnight shift position, 8pm-5am, Monday- Thursday. Some travel throughout the project may be expected. Hotel accommodations and per diem are paid by the Company when overnight stays are required.

Pay for this position $20.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility for those who complete the project in its entirety.

This is a temporary, non-exempt hourly position, anticipated to end 9/26/25.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Executes fixture and product revisions per direction of supervisor.
• Ability to transport self to work site or designated meeting location.
• Use small manual and powered hand tools.
• Repair fixtures as directed.
• Follow store/chain guidelines in matter of store security.
• Conform to American Greetings policies, procedures, and safety directives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to use appropriate technology for position
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic math skills to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to designated meeting spots.

• While performing the the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, walk and sit; use hands to finger, handle, carry or push; and reach with hands and arms.
• Precisely manipulates single and groups of AG product; removes cello wrap, maneuvers carts, opens cartons and uses a hand-held scanner or PDA device
• Retrieves and acts on both written and oral communications from WHQ or management; reads directions/diagrams in English and correctly executes programs at store level.
• The employee is frequently required to lift, push and/or move up to 60 lbs with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
