We are looking for a Program Control Analyst (PCA) to support customer relations and finance-related communications in support of a large IDIQ contract, comprised of multiple task orders. In this role, you will work with a team of 3 other program control analysts and interface with various functional teams, including Program Management, Contracts, and Subcontracts departments.

As a Program Control Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relations and serve as the main point of contact for customer questions regarding contract financials.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and customer deliverables. Review invoices to ensure all costs are captured and billed properly.
  • Interpret and analyze financial data and develop forecasts for future contract performance.
  • Analyze financial performance, including comparison of actual against planned results. Prepare reports of fundings and deliver recommendations to management.
  • Explain contract financial status and BAE finance processes to internal and external customers with minimal financial knowledge.
  • Monitor contract funding, prepare Limitation of Funds/Costs notices, and submit Authorization to Work at Risk requests.
  • Monitor subcontractor funding and prepare purchase requisitions to issue funding.

May require minimal local travel to customer location in Nothern Virginia.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to present well to teams
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to know when to ask questions about policies and procedures to ensure proper guidance
  • Ability to quickly learn industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Prior experience in Program Control or Financial Analysis
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos BI

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
