Location: New York City, NY (Midtown Manhattan)

Position: IT Project Manager (Media / Broadcasting)

Pay: $80-$90 per hour (W2) +1.5x Overtime

Duration: 6+Months

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in media/broadcast systems to lead the implementation phase of a high-profile IT infrastructure project. This role requires full-time onsite presence and hands-on coordination with engineering teams and third-party installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of complex media system installations
• Providing management of the Implementation phase of project for a Media and Broadcast client.
• Create detailed implementation estimates for services/materials in support of proposal efforts.
• Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents.
• Develop pre-build and on-site planning and schedule for the project implementation phase.
• Manage schedules, resources, and risks across all project phases
• Serve as the primary onsite client liaison and team supervisor
• Interpret system diagrams, floorplans, and technical schematics
• Approve timesheets and generate progress/material reports

Required Experience:

• 5–7 years in media/broadcast industry as a Project Supervisor or Installation Lead
• 7+ years Team Lead Exp
• Proven success managing large-scale professional media system rollouts
• 3+ year ROM Estimation exp
• Strong understanding of cable/connector types, fabrication, and building trades
• Highly organized, adaptable, and skilled in team leadership and training
