Customer Service Representative - Data Specialist in Tempe, AZ
Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $15.50/hr (BONUS POTENTIAL - Ask about our Comp Plan!)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist will focus primarily on account updates, customer service, in a call center environment, and special projects. This position will have performance benchmarks and production expectations.

Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist manages inbound and outbound calls to ensure complience with call center metrics.
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist provides professional customer service with patients, their agents, insurance companies and any other individual who may contact the business office.
- Interact with other staff members to resolve problems and must ensure that all communication is positive and productive.
- Schedules priorities to meet deadlines as determined by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite; Excel highly preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Experience in public safety or medical services preferred.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One (1) year of customer service experience in call center
- Outstanding typing skills
- Effective mathematics skills required.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
