The Digital Technology Services (DTS) Epic Training Coordinator, reports to the DTS Training Director, and is responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of EPIC steady-state training activities and projects including, registration and room bookings across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Serves as a SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert (SME) to perform troubleshooting, learning content uploads, e-learnings, creating reports/analytics, and general administration support. Requires daily interaction with HMH team members, third-party team members (TM), EPIC security, Access management, EPIC training team members, and all day-to-day tasks in receiving and fulfilling LMS administration tasks and training requests received from HMH TMs.`
The ideal candidate will have experience with SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) and scheduling EPIC trainings in a healthcare environment. This is a hybrid position(50/50) in Edison, NJ.

Starting at $82,513.60 Annually
