Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a PROJECT COORDINATOR - IT to join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team!

The Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator administers and organizes all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. This role reports to the IT PMO Director and supports portfolio documentation and reporting, and IT Project Managers with coordinating project schedules, resources, tools/templates, and information. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, highly organized, and detailed oriented.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Hybrid: 2 - 3 days in the office each week.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
• Understanding of project management fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Project Management training/education is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to effectively prepare clear presentations based on direction.
• Strong problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communications, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
• Proactive, organized, results-driven, detailed oriented.
• Ability to write reports, processes, and procedure manuals based on direction.
