Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the sales customer team. The Sales Support Associate Analyst will interact with members of the West Division – Food Service team for reporting preparation, creation of new customers, invoicing, and general sales support. This will be achieved through building effective relationships with the customer team and working with the several stakeholders’ team that depend on our area sales system.

Your Impact

As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Act as the point of contact for the Food Service team by providing weekly sales reporting
  • Act as the voice of the team within the organization and with stakeholders
  • Establish trustworthy relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business value for PBNA by working closely in the creation of new customers in the system
  • Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented follow-up
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology. Work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency
  • Thorough understanding of accounts and accounts specific nuances
  • Be proactive in identifying the root cause of the issue and work towards eliminating them internally
  • Quick Thinking to provide creative solutions that address stakeholders' needs and concerns
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of deliverables through verbal and written interactions
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and communicating changes to internal team

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Desired 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
  • Recently graduated from bachelor in business management areas
  • Strong support Systems Literacy: Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Proficient level of English (conversational)
  • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience is a plus
  • Desireable knowledge of ERT, Business Objects & SAP/ERP
  • Communication across all formats (meetings, presentation, conference, planning session, weekly calls, direct communication with field, etc.)
  • Analytical skills: Ability to understand and transform delivery performance, identify opportunities & risks, and adjust to implement new best practices
  • Experience and ability to adapt to an international environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Time Management/Organization
  • Willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems
  • Continuous-innovation mindset
  • Strong Change Management Skills
  • Independent & motivated individual
  • Develops strong relationships/partnership for overall success of the team & customer
