About the Department
The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) IT group provides comprehensive technology support to CALS departments, centers, and research stations within the NC State community. This support encompasses administrative, academic, and research computing, as well as a wide range of computing and support services. CALS IT delivers services and support to both the college itself and to supported Departmental and Research units. This position will contribute to this mission by providing on-site IT support services specifically to the college.
Essential Job Duties
As an IT Instructional/Classroom Support Professional (ITICSP), you will play a crucial role in providing essential on-site technical support for our college’s classrooms and conference rooms located across North Carolina State University’s main and Centennial campuses.
