CDL Shuttle Dispatcher

Pay Rate: $22.00/HR

Location: Pittsburgh Airport

Schedules: Full-time Available (Contact for Details)

Requirements: MUST have CDL for at least 1 year w/ passenger endorsement.

  • Must have Class A or B License
  • Must have passenger endorsement
  • Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.

The Dispatcher representative will greet, transmit and check in/out guests' through the shuttle process. How do you know if this is the right job for you?!

What will I do?

  • Greet customers, assist clients with parking services. Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years with a CDL w/ passenger endorsement
  • Class A/B license ONLY
  • Comply with Federal DOT, State and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement.
  • Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat frequently throughout a shift.
