As HSE Manager for Babcock’s Mission & Support Systems Business Unit, you’ll play a central role in shaping our approach to health, safety, and environmental excellence across a dynamic and diverse program portfolio. Working closely with the M&SS Managing Director, Program Managers and the Head of HSEQ, you’ll design and drive robust HSE strategies that not only meet legislation and contractual requirements but also elevate our performance culture.
With the support of experienced HSE Advisors and collaboration with central teams, you’ll influence how we manage risk, deliver training, drive audits and inspections, and engage personnel at every level to embed a genuine safety-first mindset.
